Your whole team, using AI every day. In four weeks.
Without a standard, everyone improvises.
Most teams are split.
Some use AI for everything, most don't use it at all, and nobody has written down what's allowed.
The gap compounds fast.
A team fluent in AI navigates every change better: new systems, new tools, new rules. The ones who aren't are already falling behind.
IT can't fix culture.
AI is not a software rollout. If the people doing the work don't adopt it, nothing changes. The program starts with them.
Two tracks, one goal.
Track A trains the whole team in the practical use of AI. Track B turns selected leads into the internal AI champions for their area.
TRACK AAI Literacy — Bootcamp
A guided four-week practice to master the fundamentals. Through live workshops and async content, your team learns how AI models work and where they fail, how to write instructions that hold up, and how to use AI in daily workflows, including building role-specific AI assistants.
- Introduction to AI models and their limits
- Fundamentals of prompt engineering
- AI tools applied to real work
- Personal AI assistants with role-specific knowledge bases
- Knows where AI creates value, and where it breaks
- Writes prompts that produce useful, consistent results
- Has built at least one AI assistant adapted to their role
- Starts spotting concrete AI opportunities in your processes
TRACK BAI Champion — Sprint
A four-week sprint for the leaders of your key operational areas, and the standouts from Track A. Champions go deeper into the craft and emerge with a concrete pilot proposal for their own function.
- Advanced prompt architecture
- Evaluating output quality, iterating with judgment
- AI workflows for real problems in each function
- Writing a pilot proposal: scope, resources, risks, metrics
- Evaluates output quality and iterates with criteria
- Has built AI workflows that solve real problems in their function
- Leads AI adoption with authority inside the organization
- Leaves with a written pilot proposal for their own area
TRACK CClaude Code for Operators
A hands-on day for operators who want to use Claude Code as a daily tool: automating their own workflows, writing prompts for repetitive tasks, and building lightweight AI tools without writing code.
- Working with Claude Code from the ground up
- Prompting for repeatable, delegatable tasks
- Building personal AI workflows for your role
- Safe use: what to automate and what to keep human
- Runs their own AI-assisted workflows independently
- Builds tools for their team without developer help
- Knows when to use automation, and when not to
How it runs.
Built and taught by people who build.
15+ years building tech companies across three continents, 1,000+ professionals trained in the practical use of AI, and production AI systems running in businesses like yours today.
We teach from what we build: every example in the program comes from a process we've seen work, or fail, in companies like yours. We are not a consulting firm. We are builders who also teach. Meet the team
What teams usually ask.
Do we need prior AI experience?
No. Track A starts from zero. The program is designed for people who have never opened Claude or ChatGPT.
How much of the team's time does it take?
Track A: two hours a week, one of them live. Track B: three. The program is designed not to interfere with the operation.
Is the content adapted to our sector?
Yes. Before the program starts we run a contextualization session to understand your roles, processes and internal language. Every exercise is built on that base.
What about data privacy?
It's part of the program: we cover what data can and cannot be used with external AI tools, with your regulatory context taken into account.
And after the program?
Track B champions stay as the internal AI reference for their teams. The goal is that the capability stays inside your company, not with us.
